• Product prices listed on the Thermostruct website do not include delivery.
• Products are subject to availability.
• Unless otherwise arranged, payments are to be made in full prior to dispatch of material
• Payments can be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), VISA, Mastercard or American Express (VISA, Mastercard and AMEX incur an additional 2% surcharge).
• If paying by EFT, please allow for a minimum of 2 days for funds to clear.
• Returns are strictly subject to the manufacturer’s discretion and will only be considered if the products and packaging are still in original condition. If approved by the manufacturer, customers will be responsible for any additional fees involved. These include, but are not limited to; material collection fees, handling fees and restocking fees.
